ANC’s protest resolution on Saloon 45 matter

Enclosed here is the final protest resolution as passed by ANC 2B last night on the application by Saloon 45 for a liquor license at the former Sandy’s Flowers  location.  You can find prior posts and information about this application here and here and here.
