Based on recent interactions we have had with the Historic Preservation Review Board (HPRB), the ANC asked me to send a letter expressing concerns that they are not respecting our “great weight.”  You can see the letter here:

I tried to give them constructive suggestions on how they can better respect great weight by emulating what some other D.C. agencies already do.
